About us

Larissa Dorrer, B.Sc. MBA

How do horse work and learning support fit together?
Essentially, my role in both areas is the same: I help people discover their personal strengths, develop them, and use them to overcome current and future challenges. Both require intuition and bring an unexpected sense of freedom to my clients.

In this supportive work, my own experiences are especially valuable. The lessons I’ve learned from my horses—particularly from my mare Fable—have been anything but easy, and I continue to learn every day. On the other hand, my academic education has taught me how to help myself.
Now, I have the privilege of doing good every single day.

Rafael Dorrer, B.A.

Rafael, alongside his full-time jobs as an employee and a dad, is the all-rounder of our farm — the one who keeps everything running smoothly for all its residents. Whether our horse Schimmi has once again flattened a fence or a new wooden floor needs to be laid in the learning room, he’s the man who makes every project happen. Nothing here would work without him.
