1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all digital products offered by Larissa Dorrer under the name “Ulmenbründl Compass.”
By completing the order process, the customer confirms that they have taken note of these Terms and Conditions and agree to them.
2. Nature of the Service
Ulmenbründl Compass consists of digital content (e.g. PDFs, audio files, videos, or comparable files) which are made available to the customer for download or use after purchase.
The content serves as professional information and orientation in working with horses, in particular regarding topics such as:

horse-friendly handling

management and housing
-
feeding
-
training
-
equipment
-
observation and interpretation of equine behaviour
The content does not constitute:
-
individual advice or coaching
-
life, social, or psychological counselling
-
therapeutic services
-
veterinary, medical, or veterinary-medical advice
3. Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded once the customer completes the order process and the payment has been successfully processed.
After completion of the purchase, the customer is granted access to the digital content.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are final prices in euros.
Payment must be made before the digital content is provided.
5. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
The product offered consists of digital content that is made available to the customer immediately after purchase.
There is no right of withdrawal if the customer has expressly agreed during the order process that performance of the contract shall begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has thereby acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.
Consent to the early commencement of contract performance is given during the order process.
No cookies are used for analysis, tracking, or marketing purposes.
Technically necessary cookies may be used insofar as this is required for the operation of the website or the processing of orders.
6. Rights of Use
All content of Ulmenbründl Compass is protected by copyright.
The customer is granted a simple, non-transferable right of use for private, personal purposes only.
In particular, the following are not permitted:

transfer to third parties

reproduction or modification

publication (including excerpts)
-
commercial use
-
upload to platforms or cloud services with public or semi-public access
7. Responsibility and Liability
Use of the content is at the customer’s own responsibility.
The content provided represents general experiential and knowledge-based impulses and does not replace an individual professional assessment on site.
No liability is assumed for specific training results, developments, or changes in the behaviour or health condition of horses.
The provider is fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
In cases of slight negligence, the provider is only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and limited to the foreseeable, typical contractual damage.
No specific success or concrete result is owed.
8. Technical Requirements
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the technical requirements (e.g. internet connection, suitable end devices, and software) necessary to access the digital content are in place.
9. Data Protection
The respective published privacy notices apply.
Personal data are processed exclusively in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
10. Final Provisions
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers, legal actions may be brought either at the provider’s place of residence or at the consumer’s place of residence.
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
