1. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided within the 4-week online program “Ulmenbründl Connected” offered by Larissa Dorrer.
Deviating terms and conditions of the client apply only if they have been confirmed in writing.

2. Description of Services

Ulmenbründl Connected is an equine-focused online guidance program dealing exclusively with horse handling, behaviour, needs, management, feeding, and training.

The service includes:

  • 4 online sessions of 60 minutes each via WhatsApp video call

  • Professional guidance and training ideas

  • Observation-based and practical tasks

  • PDF materials

  • Optional written exchange via WhatsApp during the program duration

This program does not constitute:
life coaching, psychological counselling, psychotherapy, coaching for humans, or veterinary medical advice.

3. Registration & Process

A free introductory meeting takes place prior to booking. Participation in the program begins only after confirmation by the provider.

Communication takes place via WhatsApp, email, or video call.

4. Fee & Payment

The fee is €480.00.

It must be paid in full after the free introductory call and before the first online session.
Instalment payments are not available.

5. Withdrawal & Cancellation Policies

5.1 Withdrawal by the Client

If the client discontinues participation before completion of the program, no refund is granted—regardless of the reason.
Unused sessions expire without compensation.

5.2 Withdrawal by the Provider

Larissa Dorrer may terminate the guidance at any time, particularly if:

  • continuation of the collaboration is not meaningful,

  • the client’s handling of the horse is not in line with equine welfare,

  • safety-relevant instructions are ignored,

  • another professional field is required (e.g., veterinarian, trainer),

  • respectful communication cannot be ensured.

In such cases, unused sessions will be fully refunded.

5.3 Appointment Cancellations

Cancellations are possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Short-notice cancellations count as a completed (consumed) session.

6. Responsibility & Liability

Implementation of all guidance and instructions is solely the responsibility of the client.
The client is responsible for:

  • their own safety,

  • the safety of their horse,

  • the safety of third parties.

No guarantees are made regarding training progress or behavioural developments of the horse.

This guidance does not replace medical, veterinary, therapeutic, or behavioural consultations.

Liability exists only in cases of intent or gross negligence.

7. Copyright & Use of Materials

All documents, PDFs, and content remain the intellectual property of Larissa Dorrer.
They may be used for private purposes only and may not be distributed, reproduced, or published.

8. Data Protection

The separately provided GDPR information for “Ulmenbründl Connected” applies.
The client confirms having taken note of this information.

9. Consent to the Use of Anonymised Case Examples

Anonymised use of content for case examples will only take place after the client’s voluntary and revocable consent.

10. Exclusion of Withdrawal

As Ulmenbründl Connected is an individually agreed service with fixed appointments, no right of withdrawal exists after conclusion of the contract in accordance with § 18 FAGG.

11. Final Provisions

Austrian law applies.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
The place of jurisdiction is the competent court at the provider’s place of residence.
